Q: How Do You Decide What to Charge for Service?
A: Simple! Our services are based on the square footage of treatable space on your property (how big your yard is). That way, you’re only paying for treatment of the spaces we apply products to. Our primary method of measurement uses Google Earth to accurately determine these treatable areas.
The use of this technology gives us an opportunity to be efficient. Your time is important, and we want to be mindful of that. If there are questions during the measurement process, we may ask you to confirm the treatment areas via an emailed or texted picture. Not only is this efficient and respectful of your time, but it enables us to treat your property sooner if you elect to use our services.
Sometimes, extenuating circumstances make measurement on Google Earth impossible. New homes, significant changes to the landscape, additions, or new plantings may mean that a member of our sales staff will visit the property, measure, and assess the treatable areas.
Q: Do I Have to Sign a Contract?
A: No. At Nature’s Turf, our lawn and ornamental treatments aren’t contractural, but rather on a treatment-by-treatment basis. We believe that working this way ensures that we continually earn the business you’ve requested we perform.
